Our Post-Op Care services are designed to support your body’s healing process after cosmetic or surgical procedures. We provide gentle, non-invasive treatments that help reduce swelling, promote lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and enhance overall comfort during recovery. Each session is customized to your procedure and stage of healing, ensuring safe, attentive care in a clean, calm, and private environment. Our goal is to help you recover more comfortably while supporting optimal results.and can be customized to remove all or some of the hair in the bikini region, leaving clients feeling confident and comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
Body Sculpting Package Policy By purchasing a body sculpting package with Hourglass Body Sculpting & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Package Sales All body sculpting packages are final sale. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared between clients. Packages may not be exchanged for other services or products. Expiration All packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited. Scheduling & Appointments Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the allowed timeframe. We recommend consistent scheduling to achieve optimal results. Cancellations & No-Shows A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in the loss of one session from the package. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or forfeited session. Results Disclaimer Results vary by individual based on body type, lifestyle, hydration, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific results are guaranteed. Body sculpting services are non-medical and not a substitute for medical treatment. Medical Clearance Clients must disclose all medical conditions, surgeries, and medications prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client is not a suitable candidate. Financing & Promotions Packages purchased under promotions, discounts, or financing plans are subject to the same policies. Promotional packages may have different expiration terms, which will be clearly stated at purchase. Agreement By purchasing a body sculpting package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
